Come and learn this simple form of letting-go. This Level One Qigong energy healing will offer exercises to clear your person and soul. Contrary to most forms of Qigong this one focuses on letting-go downwards through the feet. Old and trapped stagnant energy is released allowing pure universal energy to flow un-interrupted. Removing physical and emotional traumas, CFQ is simple with only 7 movements forming the "Hexagram Movements" plus a few other healing movements.
